How does an order in the Algema Shop work?

Step 1: Find suitable item & add to shopping cart 

Step: 2: Register / log in user account

Step 3: Enter delivery address and select payment option

Step 4: Check the specified data

Step 5: Place order. The information about the time of contract conclusion can be found in the corresponding section of the AGBs.

How do I find the right article in the Algema-Fitzel Shop?

All articles are arranged in main categories. You can reach them via the menu above. Under each main category you will find further subcategories, which again contain individual articles.
Alternatively, you can use our search function in the upper center of the web store to search for terms or item numbers (without spaces).
If you have problems finding a product, we will be happy to help you by phone.  


What payment options do we offer?

You can choose the following payment options at the end of an order process:

- Surname
- cash in advance
- Direct debit
- credit card
- PayPal
- Invoice


I have forgotten my access data?

No problem! On the start page under the item "User account" you will find next to the button "log in" and "register" also the item "Forgotten password".
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using your e-mail address via the "Forgot password" link. Your new password will then be sent to you by mail and you can then change it again in the "My account / account information" section.


How can I return my goods (items)?

If you want to return something to us because the product does not fit or should be damaged is no problem. At Algema-Fitzel you can usually return the package free of charge within the first 14 days.

Step 1: Fill the right of withdrawal form and enclose it with the package.

Step 2: Contact us by mail at: or by telephone at: +49 (0) 8067/ 9057-0 and describe your request to us. Please have your order number or customer number ready.

Step 3: Then we will send you a shipping label. Please print it out and stick it on the package clearly visible.

Step 4: Now all you have to do is drop off the parcel at a suitable postal branch in Germany or Austria.

IMPORTANT!! Always ask for the receipt of the delivery, if there are any problems it can help to solve them.
