Loyalty Points

With our loyalty program, we reward your purchases in the Algema‑Fitzel Shop. You automatically collect points with every order, which you can then easily redeem on your next purchase—right in the cart!

How it works:

• You receive 1 loyalty point for every full euro (€ 1.00 gross) you spend.

• 1 point = € 0.01, which means:

  • 10 points = € 0.10

  • 100 points = € 1.00

  • 1,000 points = € 10.00

  • 10,000 points = € 100.00

• Your points are automatically credited to your customer account.

• Points are valid for 12 months – giving you plenty of time to redeem them.

Example:

If you spend € 575.00 (gross), you receive 575 points, equivalent to € 5.75. You can use them immediately during your next checkout.

Important notes:

• Redeeming points is only possible if you have a customer account.

• You can view your current point balance and full history at any time in your account.

• In the case of returns, the associated points are deducted proportionally.
