Under the new law, the consumer must also be informed of the model cancellation form before placing his order. This is not to be confused with cancellation instructions and must always be used regardless of the type of instruction. In addition, the withdrawal form must be made available to the consumer on a durable medium. It is advisable to include it below the cancellation policy so that the consumer receives the cancellation policy and the cancellation form together in one document.
